History

This building is part of a strip on West Chester Pike, across from the fire station. It was present in the 1930 census, but does not appear earlier. It contains a bottom floor for business and a top floor for residence.

In 1973, it was home to Catherine A. Tobin at the time of her death. Business-wise, it was the location of Halpin's Kitchens from at least 1984 through 1987. Alterations were made the following year. It has been the space of Dr. Jane McBride since at least May 2009.
